Q1: How does the "Family" support work?
At Team Horizon, you're not alone. Our Official Bigo Family consists of experienced hosts and supporters who visit your room to help boost your engagement and send gifts. This internal support system makes reaching your monthly targets much easier than streaming solo.
Q2: Can I be in more than one agency?
No. Bigo Live rules state that a host can only be signed to one official agency at a time. If you are already with another agency, we can guide you on how to transfer to the Horizon Family once your current term ends.
Q3: What happens if my account gets banned?
This is where being with Team Horizon is vital. We have a direct line to Bigo HQ. If you are unfairly banned or shadowed, we advocate for you to get your account reinstated immediately. Independent hosts do not have this protection.
Q4: Does the agency take a cut of my gifts?
Absolutely not. 100% of the gifts you receive go directly into your wallet. Bigo Live pays us a separate management fee for finding and coaching talent. Our service is 100% free for the creator.
Q5: Are there rules on what I can't show?
Yes. To protect your career, we ensure you follow Bigo’s Community Guidelines (no smoking, no nudity, no hate speech). We provide a full 'Safety Guide' once you pass your audition to keep your account in good standing.
Q6: I'm shy. Can I still be successful?
Many of our top earners started as "shy" streamers. We provide content scripts and PK strategies to help you build confidence. With the right lighting and our 1-on-1 coaching, anyone with a good personality can reach the Elite Tiers.
